The PSCAP is a common fund established by a group of development partners in order to improve the Government of Ethiopia’s capacity for effective and responsive public service delivery. It also contributes to citizens’ empowerment to participate more effectively in shaping their own development; and to improved governance through developing accountability. The Program is implemented at federal and regional level and it has six components: public sector reform; decentralization; judiciary system reform; urban management capacity building; tax reform and development of Information and Communication technologies. read more close
