Date

In the first months of the project, many health centers requested to be involved in the project for the fight against HIV/AIDS. This new need assessment has led to revise the original plan, prolonging the preparation phase and installation of the new staff. The centers involved in the project increased from 3 to 8.

The preparation phase has been prolonged and the activities were subjected to some delays in some health centers, therefore it was asked to the Italian Cooperation a 3 months extension to the first year of the project, with small budget variations

Actions taken

The Community of S. Egidio ACAP has received by the Italian Cooperation the authorization to prolong the project duration, so the first project year will end on the 31 July 2015 (three months extension).
