The project is aimed at improving the work and life conditions of Pakistani workers, in particular of women and the most vulnerable workers, ensuring adequate protection of their rights and their ability to generate income. The project will promote a strategy to weaken debt bondage and to support, in particular, the role of women within the furnaces. In fact, no education, training or transferable skills, adults and minors do not have the opportunity to assert their rights - among them, there are the non-compliance of the contractual terms of employment, the non-payment of fees, unfair dismissal, harassment and harassment, debt bondage - without jeopardizing their jobs and the survival of families. read more close
